Johnstown, Pennsylvania (March 8, 1999). A snowstorm dumped 3.5" snow at Altoona, PA and 6.5" at Ebensburg, PA on March 6-7. Prior to that, another snowstorm dumped 8.0" and 11.5" in Altoona and Ebensburg respectively on March 3-5.
